First of all, the location of this hotel is exceptional. Situated right next to the main bus stop, it is easy to reach and makes exploring the surrounding areas a breeze. Plus, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the valley and snow-capped mountains, creating a truly mesmerizing experience for guests.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there's nothing I would change.

Christmas at this hotel was an underwhelming experience. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful valleys and mountains which you can clearly see from your window. Also, the staff was really nice and friendly. However, that was about it for the positive aspects.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel next to the bus stand. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby areas. the staff, especially Pooran Chand at the restaurant, provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. the view of the mountains from the hotel was breathtaking. the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the spa and sauna.
That hot water was only available at specific times in the morning and evening.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Dalhousie and had a great experience. the location couldn't be more convenient - it's right next to the main bus stop, making it extremely easy to access. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had a good view of the mountains. The interior was tastefully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and provided excellent service. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options.
All was well during my stay.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel in the mountains. Loved waking up to the valley views and fresh air. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the scenery. The food offered a good variety and tasted ok. The location was great, surrounded by mountains and greenery. The rooms were clean and cozy.
My experience was not all positive. The staff was not very friendly nor accommodating, which made interactions frustrating.
